We'll be at the 2023 National Masters Hockey Tournament for a whole week, from 26 February until 4 March 2023. The event is held at the Tauranga Hockey Centre at Blake Park on Kawakawa St, Mt Maunganui. Entry is free, so come along to watch some games, and if you're hungry, come find us at the Village Green serving up fresh handcrafted food and frozen slurpees.
The Mount Swim is on this week (2 & 3 April), and we'll be by the beach at Mt Drury as part of the event, but will also be open to the public. See you there!
For the third year in a row, we'll be serving falafel at Tauranga City's NYE Community Celebration in Papamoa. Festivities start from 6pm at Gordon Spratt Reserve with live music, food trucks and entertainment, finishing with a firework at 9.30pm.
This year's New Zealand Secondary Schools Athletics Association's Track, Field & Road Race Championships will be held right here in Tauranga over three days from 11-13 December. We'll be at the Tauranga Domain sports stadium feeding the student runners, javelin throwers, high jumpers and hurdlers, their proud coaches and parents throughout the event from Friday to Sunday.
It's Waitangi Day this week (6 February), and we'll be at the Waitangi Day Festival at the Tauranga Historic Village on 17th Ave. Find us in the foodies area by the Village Green all day with our handcrafted falafel wraps, flatbread pizzas and cold drinks. There will be live music, kapa haka, art exhibitions, cultural workshops and most certainly lots of sunshine!
Grab your family and friends and head down to Gordon Spratt Reserve tonight to celebrate New Year's Eve with us at Papamoa's NYE Community Event! Festivities are on from 6 - 9.30pm with fireworks, street food, 80s music and games. Hope to see you there!

A Night Before Christmas Bethlehem College Field - Elder Lane - Tauranga Saturday, 21 December 5pm - 10pm There's going to be live music, street food, Christmas characters, carols and massive fireworks. And of course lots of Fa-la-la-la-laaaa-la-la-la-fel! Spring has arrived, and we'll be at the Tauranga International Marathon today! You can find us near the finish line down by the Tauranga Waterfront, so whether you're one of the athletes or one of the spectators, a fresh falafel wrap is always a good idea.

Saturday, 18 May at Coronation Park from 10am - 2pm Shakti in the Park is a one-off event celebrating cultural diversity in Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty region. In association with Shakti Community Council and the University of Waikato, students are putting this event together as a space for engagement between people and cultures. This free event aligns with Shakti's strategic vision of improving harmony, connectivity and social inclusion among communities. Come along to Coronation Park and enjoy ethnic and western foods from a range of food trucks, entertainment from local artists, and family activities. See you there!
