About
We're a little food truck in the Bay of Plenty, serving up Mediterranean inspired vegetarian and vegan street food,
all wrapped in soft flatbreads that are made from scratch right there on the spot.
Our flatbreads are yeast-free, with the dough prepared in the late night hours before the day they are served. We use extra virgin olive oil, lots of chickpeas, garlic, tahini, and a range of fragrant herbs and spices in our cooking and sauces.
